Íñigo Pirfano, conductor and founder of Madrid Academic Orchestra, contacted Apóstrofe in order to generate expectation and awareness around its scheduled performances on the occasion of its tenth anniversary. After the initial steps consisting on placing its concerts in the most important media events’ calendars, the agency proposed Pirfano to manage interviews with in the most relevant cultural programs of television and radio, as well as in print and online media to increase the awareness. In 2012 he was awarded with the “Young Leadership Award” from Rafael del Pino’s Foundation “for his ability to understand the cultural industry in a flexible and imaginative way” leading the Academic Orchestra of Madrid (OAM). This constitutes a turning point in the career of the conductor. After the publication of his book Ebrietas: The Power of Beauty, Pirfano publishes the bestseller Musical Intelligence, in Plataforma Editorial. From that moment on, the conductor developed an important facet as writer and motivational speaker.

Apostrofe develops and communicates the campaign “Sonrisas Dulces” (“Sweets Smiles”) ensuring it’s covered by the most important media in our country. Since the launch of the first edition of the campaign, the company has been awarded by national and international institutions and media and mobilizes hundreds of thousands of people each year.
